Lawn Maintenance Fuquay Varina, NC and Holly Springs, NC
Our approach to caring for a lawn is based on providing preventative lawn maintenance
Preventative lawn maintenance includes:
- Mowing the lawn so that no more than 1/3 of the blade of grass is removed.
- Treating the lawn with fertilizer and weed control on a consistent basis.
- Pruning hedges so they grow properly and don’t need rehabilitation later
- Covering landscape beds with mulch, or pine straw to suppress weed germination
- Removing leaves, sticks and other debris on a regular basis to avoid lengthy cleanups
Our lawn maintenance service includes:
- Growing Season (April-Oct): Weekly mowing, edging and blowing
- Winter Season (Nov-March): Once per month, or biweekly service to keep the property maintained thru winter
- Fertilization & Weed Control: multiple treatments through the year to ensure turf health
- Core Aeration: reduces soil compaction, allows nutrient and air exchange allowing for better growth
In addition to lawn mowing, we provide:
- Shrub Trimming
- Mulch and Pine Straw Installation
- Seeding
Our annual lawn maintenance program is designed for property owners who value consistency, long-term lawn health, and dependable service—not temporary seasonal upkeep.
Maintaining a property properly requires attention beyond the peak growing months. Turf health, weed prevention, edging, seasonal cleanup, and landscape detail all continue year-round, even when mowing demand slows. An annual service structure allows us to care for the property as conditions change throughout the seasons rather than only responding when visible growth demands attention.
This approach also allows us to operate efficient service routes, maintain dependable staffing, and deliver a higher level of scheduling consistency—factors that directly support reliable service and stable pricing for our customers.
Service Schedule & Frequency 📅
To preserve lawn quality, appearance, and overall property standards, service frequency is structured as follows:
April 1 through October 31 (Growing Season):
Weekly service is required during active growth to maintain turf health, appearance, and prevent the property from falling behind.
November 1 through March 31 (Winter Season):
Service transitions to biweekly or once monthly depending on turf growth, weather conditions, and seasonal property requirements.
During slower growth periods, visits may include services such as leaf removal, edging, shrub trimming, pruning of small trees, weed control, debris cleanup, and other seasonal maintenance necessary to keep the property in proper condition.
Service frequency remains solely at the Company’s discretion based on seasonal conditions, turf response, and the needs of the property.
Equalized Monthly Billing 💳
To create consistency for both service scheduling and customer budgeting, annual service costs are divided into equal monthly payments over 12 months rather than fluctuating based on seasonal needs.
This means your monthly investment remains the same throughout the year, providing a predictable amount that is easier to plan for and eliminating higher invoices during peak growing months when service frequency is greatest.
For many homeowners, this provides a simpler and more practical billing structure: one steady monthly amount rather than changing costs throughout the seasons.
Satisfaction Guarantee: If after the first 30 days either party feels the service is not the right fit, the agreement may be ended with no penalty. 🤝🌿
