Why We Require a 12-Month Lawn Maintenance Agreement 🌿
Our 12-month service agreement is designed to protect the health, appearance, and long-term condition of your property while allowing us to provide dependable, efficient service throughout the year.
Lawn care is not seasonal if the goal is to maintain a property properly. Turf health, weed prevention, edging, cleanup, and seasonal maintenance all require consistency beyond the peak growing months. A year-round service structure ensures your property receives attention when it is needed—not just when the grass is actively growing.
This approach also allows us to maintain efficient service routes, consistent scheduling, and dependable staffing, which helps us deliver reliable service and stable pricing for our customers year after year.
Service Schedule & Frequency 📅
To maintain lawn quality and curb appeal, service frequency is structured as follows:
March 1 through October 31 (Growing Season):
Weekly service is required during the growing season to preserve turf health, appearance, and prevent properties from falling behind during periods of active growth.
November 1 through February 28 (Winter Season):
Service transitions to biweekly or once monthly depending on turf growth, weather conditions, and seasonal property needs.
During slower growth periods, visits may include services such as leaf removal, edging, shrub trimming, pruning of small trees, weed control, debris cleanup, and other seasonal maintenance necessary to keep the property in order.
Service frequency is determined solely by the Company based on seasonal growth, weather conditions, and the overall needs of the property.
Why This Matters for Customers ✅
A continuous service agreement helps:
- Prevent expensive seasonal overgrowth and cleanup issues
- Keep your property consistently maintained year-round
